Strengths in sealing technology
Design and manufacturing
The design and calculation of an optimally functioning sealing system requires experience and technical know-how. We develop new seals according to your requirements or analyse and improve existing sealing systems.
Production capabilities
We produce your seals from plastics, elastomers and selected metals. Flat gaskets are plotted and punched from a variety of materials. Always individual and with the highest precision through the use of high-quality machinery. From prototype to large-scale production.
Consulting / Hygienic design
We want you to benefit from our experience. So feel free to involve us early on – the sooner, the better. We take measurements and advise on possibilities for improvement, materials, food compliance and hygienic designs.
For repair technicians
Do you need spare parts? Visit us at one of our locations in Bremen or Hamburg, or we can come directly to you. We measure your parts and create a manufacturing drawing. We then produce the required seals from either trade standard or proven Freudenberg materials. Problem solved – quickly and efficiently.

Gottwald 3D Xpress
Design and manufacturing of components
Take advantage of the benefits of 3D printing:
- fast spare parts,
- greater efficiency and
- less weight!
By integrating continuous fibres such as carbon fibre, Kevlar or fibreglass into the printed parts, our components achieve a tensile strength of up to 800 MPa. This corresponds to 25.8 times that of ABS and 2.6 times that of 6061-T6 aluminium.
